Looks awesome. Hey Badsnake, from the pics you can't tell if they are painted on or vinyl so not sure why you say paint is the way to go.

'NUFF SAID!!! Actually, I don't know about the rest of you, but I think this car is just begging for a shaker hood scoop on it.

As much as I love the shaker hood scoops, I don't think a shaker would look good on this car because the stripes are white. Putting a black shaker there would look off, and you couldn't paint it white. That might look worse.

Compare of installation materials on many vehicles and my own experience. From these or other pictures, basicly most installers can not get the fascias installed (trimmed) correctly. Multiple radius planes (fascia) can not be covered uniformly by a straight flat plane (vinyl sheet). If you cut the vinyl even with an artists hand to correct it you will still cut into the clearcoat. Paint conforms to any given surface plane. And one can realine with fresh tape as many times as needed to get it right on. Therefore paint is my perference for stripes. I saw one very good vinyl job about 5 years ago. I wish I could check it out again, I have not seen the car sense. I was not as quite as picky at the time although I do remember it was the best by far I had come across at the time.

Windveil blue is such a light color and it's hard to match up with odd colors. My suggestion would be a darker blue. That would pull the "aggressive" side of the stang out and give you the looks to turn heads. I just put light with dark and dark with light. Gotta have the contrast, in most cases... Look forward to seeing/hearing of your decision. (oh, take the tan stripe off)...

Actually, there was a white shaker, back on the 69-70 Mustangs. It was very rare, but is documented as coming from Ford with a unique part number, different from the black one.

Might look good...can someone say "Photoshop???"
