The bottom half is just an empty hole. That is where the driving lights were on the concept car.
I think if/when I eventually replace the grill, I'll put fogs in those bottom half-circles.

I bet you could get something to fit whether Xenon makes some to fit or not. Heck, the turn signal is the same piece from the stock bumper.
