Tru'dat, its not the rim diameter that is the issue, its the overall diameter, width and offset that counts. The stock tire diameter is around 27" give or take depending on what brand and rim Ford is using at the moment.
My current rear tire is a 305/45R18 drag radial and its about as big as you can go on the stock 18 x 9.5 rim without modifying the wheel well or rim.

The 20s are available in the correct offset for our cars (+28 f/+35 r). The 18s are not. Go to Mr. Wheel Deal. They know which ones to send you.
