Saw a couple of '05 GT's outside of a business in Tulsa today. I think they must make these hoods there or have a supplier they order from. I was in a big hurry and didn't have time to go in and talk to them, but anyone in the Tulsa area can see these at 43rd and Mingo streets. These were taken with a camera phone so the quality isn't the best.

The first hood, on the car with the stupid "Mach 1" badging, is the RK Sport California Dream Hood. The red car just has a non-functional scoop stuck on. Looks like the Xenon one to me.

Plenty of threads about each of these, esp. in Exterior mods. The red car looks nice - I like the look of the hood scoop and the chrome bullets are cool. The black car is, IMHO, poser (THERE IS NO '05 MACH 1! ). I wonder how many thousands of dollars over the cost of these mods the dealer is charging for them.

Nice spot!

Hey Matt, I think your right about that ducktail/stock spoiler. Man that looks really really weird.

I think that may just be an optical illusion... the horribly ugly red "mach 1" striping gives the illusion of a ducktail.

either way though...

The 69-70's with a wing, had a ducktail by default.

I really do think there is a ducktail there somehow.....

God that Mach 1 decal just craps all over any decent look from the rear....

When my ducktail is on in two weeks, I can show 'em how they SHOULD have done it....

The black one does have both spoilers. Kinda strange. I didn't care much for that car, but i did think the hood was pretty nice. I really like the hood on the red car though.

Actually that scoop may be the other RK Sport hood... sorta looks like it.

Would that happen to be the Xenon ducktail on the red stang?
