New Tires

I am ordering my new set of rims today. Im getting the 18x9 Chrome Deep Dish Bullits from Mustang Tuning. I dont know which tires i should get...I have to drive the car in rain sometimes and light snow since it is my only car. So my question is what do you guys recommend in terms of tires? Price aside which are the best tires? Id just like to hear some opinions on the tires below and any other tires you like/dislike in general. Thanks!
I have been looking at these...

those are the tires on the 2005 GT from the factory for the 17 inch rims. the 18s use the BFGoodrich T/A KDWS i believe either one should be good.

on 9 inch rims i would run a 275/40/18. its about .3 inches shorter than stock and will change the speedo 8/10 of a mph. i vote 275/40

I think 275's might be a bit too wide for snow and would go with 255/45/18's. Then again, I never drive in snow so what do I know. The 255's should also give a nice balance of ride vs. handling and are still wide enough to look good.

The car is never driven in heavy snow or heavy rain...just light flurries and light rain and this only happens when i have no other choice. I am going with 255/45/18 to keep my ride smooth. I was interested more in the actual tire selection(brand, type). I want a high performance tire that can be driven in rain and very light snow sometimes. Any suggestions on which brand/type of tire is the best for this? thanks!

You may want to consider the Michelin Pilots. They are an all season tire that should give adequate performance in rain and light snow. But be advised they aren't cheap. And I'm not sure if they are available in 18" either. Check Tire Rack is my advice. Read theri reviews. They seem to be pretty insightful.

I have the 18x9 black deepdish rims from MustangTuning.com I decided on the BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW2 (255/45/18) to go with them and love them. I'm not sure how it would be in any kind of snow I havent tried to move mine, but their fantastic in the dry and rain. I also love the tread pattern and they smoke real good
