A little too much "bling" for my personal taste, but they do go well with your billet grilles.

Yeah, I don't like bling on a daily driver either. This Mustang is a weekend/show car, and shiny stuff scores well with the judges.

Thanks to those that complimented it! To each his own.......how boring to go to a car show with nothing but fully stock vehicles.

Those are the true forged? I've seen the 03/04 cobra sets and the quality is very nice

These look good but from what i can see you gotta have the matching grill set and that is too much moneda all together!

I don't think anyone was saying you need to leave it stock, but just that this particular mod may be a little too showy for everyone's taste.

I've also discovered that about car shows. I went with modded, but mostly monochromatic, sleek, and "euro" - never seems to score well. Guess trying to recreate an "improved OEM" appearance just isn't cool enough in the show circuit. But we build these cars for ourselves, right? For me, shows are just a fun place to hang out with friends, and hope that people in the crowd appreciate my particular brand of beauty too!

I agree completely. Modding my car and going to car shows is a great way to meet people. My main motivation is to spend quality time with my son. Compliments on the mods & the trophies are just a bonus! I respect everyone's modding efforts......even the guy that put screaming yellow racing stripes on his tungsten grey coupe!
