Question [Need your advise] Mustang Headlights Projector

Hello everyone,

I know some of you don't like these, but for those who think they are ok could you please let me know which one do you think would look best on a Satin Silver GT ?

Black

or

Chrome

If some of you have pictures it would really be nice to see it "live".

Thanks a lot for your help.

Personally, I'd go black, I never liked the chrome on silver paint look. It's kind of like wearing two shades of red that don't quite match. Whereas silver and black is a nice contrast, especially if you like the look of those headlight splitters. That look can be pretty appealing. Good luck!

Thanks a lot, that is exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for.

I have got black ones on Torch Red. An I saw a car with chrome. Go Black definitely.
Personally I like original Mustang headlamps but head to change to have Euro lens. So please note they have Euro lens lighting pattern and I think you need that.
Other subject is when you will got them go around with some silicone an put that as well on the top rubber seal after instal - there where the wires go. I didn't do that on the beginning and I got water inside during first rain – Cheap Taiwan production. Now it is sealed with silicone and works perfect.

To change the top bulb you have to remove the lamps so bumper etc. To adjust the lamp lighting angle you have to do the same grrr. But if you want to be european law correct go ahead.

I would go so far as to say I have yet to see a car that would look good with the chrome. I'm sure it exists, but I'm not sure where. Even dark cars I've seen with the chrome don't look that great. Definitely go with the headlight splitters if you're going to put them in though, it sort of completes the look.

I would go Black. When you look at any Satin Silver car, the theme from the factory seems to be black/silver.

Yes, that coming from a guy who has white stripes.

Well I would advise against them. I bought the black ones for my mustang, installed them, and took them back out. They are impossible to adjust the beams on them, and they are not as bright as the stock headlights. Also the little LED's on the side look like crap, and one of them was not working.

Yes the adjusting the beams is very problematic but possible just taking a lot of time. The leds are ok in mine but when I got lamps I had to push them inside because they were in half way. I also prefer the original round Mustang headlamps but the European law need different lens pattern so if you want to go without any problems through the technical car inspection you have to do something with a headlamps to get European lighting pattern.
But I confirm they are crap and need some modification and effort.
