Those are the wheels as seen on the Shelby CS6. I didn't like them until I saw them in person, and then they looked much better. I like the deep dish effect. Why do websites like that one not just put prices out where you can find them? It's so aggravating to navigate a whole site and not find what you're looking for.
It's the Cobra-style Halibrands that I'm thinking of for my GT, but they don't seem to make them to fit.

I get such a kick out of the whole "poser" thing. The 60s-70s era was all about making there cars shelby replicas. Why can't we add something like real shelby wheels to our cars without hearing crap from people like you are trying to pose as a GT500, or a C6. Would someone explain to me why other people care what I or other people do to there cars, if it puts a smile on my face, thats what should matter, I don't place emblems on my car, or try to "pose" as something it is not, however these rims are badhiney, so if I put these on, am I a POSER

IMO, it all boils down to this. Someone spent a lot of money for the priveledge to own a car with Shelby or a Cobra emblem on it and another person that puts the same emblem on their non Shelby car didn't pay to have the "right" to wear this emblem. "It's just not fair".
Then there is the other arguement that if a Chevy Cobalt SS beats a poser, then the Cobalt owner will think he beat a Cobra and will brag about it.
EDIT: I'm explaining my opinion of why others get upset and use the "poser" term

However if I buy these wheels, then is that posing as a cobra, like I said I don't and will not place false emblems on my car. I like the wheels, I was going to get bullits, until I saw these, now I don't know. Are bullits posing also?

I have an '05 Mustang that I am making into a '67 GT350 tribute, and I will not be putting the word "Shelby" or a cobra emblem on my car... but having Shelby wheels with a cobra on them is not posing at all IMO. I think that the wheels are totally seperate than the car itself.
Edit: To get back on topic... I like those wheels a lot. I just happen to love the bullitts, so that's what's going on my car.

I agree with Ian. The wheels are totally separate from the car. The wheels are Shelby brand, and they have a right to say so. It doesn't mean a thing about the car. But so what if it did? Why in the world would I or anyone else care what someone else did to their car? If I had a real GT500 and a "poser" came along, I might compliment him on his styling, but I wouldn't mind one bit. Not fair? We're talking cars here, not inalienable rights given by God. The concept of "Fair" doesn't even factor into this! If you're worried about what other cars are doing, you may need another hobby. As far as a Cobalt bragging, again, who cares? A bragger's stories mean nothing. And, as has already been pointed out in another thread, the Cobra name and emblem was once placed by Ford on a V6. So much for sacred...

I agree with both of you. I'm just relaying my opinion on why others get upset.

well i think the 24" should be ok, but it'd be close.
however, anyone notice the pansy sizes? what's with not having 19"s? and what's with only a 9" width? Brutal!!!!!!!!!! :notnice:
Too bad, these are the first aftermarket wheels i've liked.
kristina
EDIT: maybe i'm the only one that didn't know this, but these wheels already exist in AR's lsit of wheels. They're just Razors...these Shelby ones just have a slightly different finish, different centre caps and have the shelby name.
regular ones: painted or chrome.
