Roger - how did you get the clear plastic cover off?

Looks very nice - but then all of your work does!

TY??

I was thinking about trying it to try an experiment but would like to be able to re-use the cover.

If you don't mind telling - How high do you bake it and how long?

((embarrased)) TY=Thank You - man, I'm slipping!!!!

You're welcome!

and thank you for the information!

I have some Projector Lights I was going to try and fit in the housing. I was also thinking about integrating something along the lines of Angel-Eyes but without all the chrome bling bling around them.

Now to find a couple of used (spare) housings to play with!

I got a couple of new TYC headlamp assemblies for $75 each on eBay. They came apart *fairly* easily (just 3 skinned knuckles). Thanks for the baking instructions Roger!
I also saw some used ones more recently that went for like $40 each a couple of days ago.
