Does anyone know of a manufacturer / supplier of 18 inch SILVER bullitts or torque thrust style wheels that you can select the width to 1/2 inch (say 8.5 or 9, 10 or 10.5) as well as selecting different offsets?

Seems 17's are relatively thick on the ground :bang:

If not bullitt style, then something with a deep dish look (that is the spokes don't come to the lip) and without "rivets" on the wheel.

Or is this like women's clothing where every manufacturer wants to sell 100 similar items, then switch next season?

Thanks

The only ones I've come up with are special order (AR, 7-8 weeks). Been looking for the same thing you are! No one seems to be making them (yet?). Checked with wheel replicas and they said they have (no plan) to make them for the '05.

Thanks Wildstray.
How much do they want for a special order? I could wait the 7-8 weeks for silver 18's.

Also do you know about "polished?" Do these require constant polishing?

Polished should not require constant attention. I will be contacting American Racing sometime this week (prolly Wed.) about the wheels and find out about the prices. I know AR is not inexpensive by any stretch! I personally don't want chrome and may go with painted, but I'll want to see them in person before I decide.

I found these (polished): http://mustangracing.mrt-direct.com/bullittwheels.php
but they didn't list 1/2 inch sizes. I'll contact them and see if 1/2 increments and custom offsets are possile.

I have a second set of AR Torq Thrust II's chrome on order. Should arrive in about 3 weeks. The rears are 18x10 with a 7.25" backspace and the fronts are 18x8 with a 5.5" backspace. The first set that arrived was not the proper backspacing so they sent them back.

Nice find Chris. Looks like they only have a 9" width though.
