I talked with my dealer's body shop manager. He wasn't sure if either could be painted. They are gonna call me tomorrow about possibilities. Did Steeda and the others paint the original material or did they have mirrors made of different material. Maybe JessicaRabbitt could ask her buddies about doing this, seeing that she has first hand access to these aftermarket gurus..

I'd check out another body shop. There is no reason the plastic on the mirrors can't be painted. They do need to sand them and use a special additive that adheres to plastic. I have had this done in the past, don't see why it would be any different now.
