Lugs for Shelby Razor

I finally just ordered my 20" razor's so I want to get everything lined up for when they get here. Can someone tell me if the factory lug nuts fit these wheels or do I need to get different lugs to fit them?

Go with spline lugs, easy to line up hub centric rings which should have been supply with razor's. IF you use the stock lugs you will need a very thin socket to apply lugs plus the spline lug are smaller it make it easier to line up your hub centric ring. The wheels probably came with plastic rings don't use them buy steel rings from tire rack. If you feel like tires are out of balance check to make sure you didn't crush the plastic rings when you installed the rims. Hope this helps it took me a while to figure this out and even call tire rack, that they should supply spline lugs.

unfortunately my wheels came with no centering rings, so I went and bought 4 from the local speedshop. The only difference from the one I saw on Glenn's page is that mine are tapered at one end.

So I don't know if they will fit ?

The picture is blurry but you can see the tappered lip near my fingers

rings

The beveled part of the ring goes against the rotor. Make sure you put pressure on wheel while installing lugs keeping hub of wheel flat on the rotor. After your install take car for a test ride if you have a shimmies the rings are not installed correctly.
I purchased my rims from Tire Rack and bought xtra rings which are now made of metal rather than the old plastic type, make you have correct size check with tire rack.
If you need the correct size I have them at home. PM me Louie.

Assuming they are the right size those should be fine. That's what mine look like.

BTW those are metal, and I have ordered the 72.62/70.30 as per the info I found from another thread. I tried quickly a ring over the rotor hub and it seems to be a very tight fit...

My wheels should be here Thursday so I'm anxious to try...

They should fit snugly on the hub and I found the best way to install is to place ring in to wheels hub with beveled end towards car.

Thank you guys,

I did install them and they fitted fine in the wheel as the wheel is tappered at the end.

On the hub itself it was thight, I had installed it on the wheel first but it was very hard to get the wheel in place, I put it the best I could and then srewed the lugs slowly by alternating until it got falt against the brake disk. It was long but I think it was the safest way.

No vibration and everything is fine.

Go with the spline lugs it gives you more run for socket!

BTW I just spoke with a rep from American Racing and he is telling me that we don't need centering rings for Mustang with Shelby Razors. Mustangs are Lug centrics (the wheel lugs are coned shaped not flat) and therefore they don't recommend using centering rings.

You just have to make sure that you install your wheels properly and thight your lugs in the right pattern.

and make sure you remove that clip that holds the rotors on.
