Lowered my beauty
After a few months of debating over sportlines or FRPP K springs I decided to go w k springs... Reason being I am in outside sales... I can do over 300 miles a day sometimes and some of my customers are in some sketchy areas and the sportlines would most likely cause me to rip my mid pipe off...
My friend used to work for quantum performance (the built super snakes) he had me bring the car up to his new shop and install them their... This guy is unreal! He did the complete install including the alignment in under a hour!!
I will share some install photos and before and after... The springs were purchased from American muscle, they were shipped to me in 3 days... And as always their customer service is 2nd to none
Btw I did not have to get a Panhard bar I do however need to get some cam bolts (passenger front right wheel was off a hair, however the alignment was off b4 the install) the reason I need cam bolts is due to not having play in the front struts where the bolts are located... And because it was lowered it needs to be able to have some play... So I would recommend purchasing these when you decide to lower your car.

Taken after install.. She is really dirty and it's night so pic does not do it justice, I'll post a follow up pic as soon as the springs settle in (100 miles or so)
On the drive back home I noticed right away the steering wheel felt much tighter and more responsive, the car would hug corners as if the corners were jennifer lopezs butt and my car was any straight male! (was glued to em) I felt like jack roush Jr
Now I baby this car and rarely open her up all the way, and most definitely do not race people unless at a track... However a 2010 Camaro SS pulled up next to me on the freeway ... He repeatedly Jumps the car over and over again... We were going around 60 mph when he started to honk 3 times... By the third honk I decided how my mild bolt on GT would do against a SS (I know this is very bad to talk about online... Not to mention racing after a suspension install ... I was making a stupid decision) well I'm tired of typing on this phone so long story made a little shorter I beat him by two and a half car lengths by the time I let off well over 100 mph... I did not think a gt w simple mods could achieve such a task but she did well... In his defense he and his wife were heavy set and I think they might have had someone in the back seat as well... All in all it was a great night w a great kill and the car rides better than stock so far the imperfections in the road cause the car to jolt u up and down for a quick second but I no longer have the boat feeling ... She just feels more confident going over bumps... I'm in love!!
