Nice work on lining up the honeycomb to the sides. That attention to detail makes the piece.

Steve,

There's no pony in our part... that was someone making a similar piece as a one off from an existing grill (which came out nice, even though I agree on the pony part as redundant).

Everyone else, we're working on it! The honeycomb pattern spacing was critical to avoid a section where you'd otherwise get "diamonds" at the ends of the piece visually - something I wanted to avoid to help aid in the OEM look - or more to the point the should've been OEM look

Good stuff. I'll be ready to buy when the final production piece comes to market, need to let the credit card cool a little at the moment anyway.

I know you are thinking Septmeber now...but when will you start taking pre-orders? ( Or are you going to wait until product is in hand?) It looks like there is going to be a long line for these, so hopefully you are making tons becuase I don't want to miss out! AMEX is on stand-by....

We're close to at least doing a list of customers to contact, but not quite yet...

Tool is in production now.

Agent 47 Brake Duct Kit for the GT/CS / Shelby GT WILL interface with our lower insert, and while visually it may not be as "smooth" as I would like (the brake ducts come far forward from the grill area) the FUNCTION of a layout like this would be 100% with zero bling-age

Well, we just got bored with that idea, so we forgot about it...

Just kidding !!

We've been getting racked by storms here (the news where Fay sat and dumped 2 ft. of rain - that was us ) and the flooding has put some things behind a little, but we're still hopeful to have the tool producing this month, although it may be later in the month rather than sooner.

Pins have arrived, material is already ordered for the main run, and tool is about 60% complete.

Price for the piece is going to start at 89.00. If demand is high, we will be able to hold that price for everyone.

As to pre-orders, we're getting a list together via phone, and will call everyone on it when we have them in-stock and ready to ship. Trying to avoid a pre-order mess with other products because of the resulting backorder / shipping mess it can create.

Just depends on when in November. Our entire office staff will be at SEMA this year from Nov 4-9, but we'll be back open on the 10th. So long as it isn't that week, then definitely come on by and check out our new shop, we're finally settled in and have it going day-to-day like the normal disaster we are used to!!!
