That'll be fine near the end of that week - I'm sure being gone for a week is going to turn the place upside down when we return on that Monday, but we'll be here!

Looking fwd to this add-on as my radiator is taking some serious dings. Major flaw by Ford IMO.

the pictures I have seen seem to indicate they will be fixing this "flaw" with the 2010 release, but in the meantime, we're on track here - a couple weeks and we should be sampling the tool to see how they look in production settings.

Should be test running the new tool late this week. Hoping to come away from it with good parts, but I know that the tool doesn't always work on the first try.

Updates, maybe Friday or sooner depending on the schedule.

Made our first pieces today. As usual, found little bugs in the tool, stuck parts into the mold instead of ejecting properly, had a forklift transmission blow while trying to load the tool into the press, etc...

But all in all it was actually a good day. The shrink / scale is correct, and the part actualy looks pretty good. Now we start making adjustments and trying to make it produce consistent parts, might resample around the end of the week.

I'll post pictures tomorrow if I get a chance - been a long day getting to this point.

Cool "Plastic At The Ready"

SHR: I always say. Better to get it just right, than rush it along! That being said, your loyal GT/CS Stang fans, are all so very ready for this lower grill product to arrive!! Better buy those cigars boys, as a new delight is about to be delivered to our world!! CalStang

We'll get them up on the website in the next couple days, they start shipping Tuesday!

Everyone on our phone call-list will be getting a call tomorrow or Friday.

They look nice, and fit perfect. 1 minute install or less, depending on how long your side honeycombs take to unclip...I've gotten pretty good at doing it without tools, but some people might need a flat screwdriver to help, adding 10 seconds or so to the install

I will get pictures up in the next day or so installed, maybe get some by themselves as well, but installed they really change the front of the cars.

Lower insert for GT/CS

When can we order and what will the final price be? Can you package (price) a special deal with the rear honeycomb piece?

Because everyone here is patient and we like to do what we can to help out...

10% Discount sale for GT/CS Grill Insert Purchasers

Purchase a GT/CS Grill insert at regular price (89.00) and receive 10% off the remainder of your purchase – any item(s) in stock you want to add to your order, 10% off! (normal shipping costs apply)

Offer good through October 31, 2008.

To receive this offer, you must call in your order via phone, as our website is not set up to do multi-item discounts at this time.

Everyone on our "call list" will be given the same offer, so no reason to call us if you're already on the list. If you're just getting the lower grill at this time, the website will work just fine for you.

Tell your friends on other forums that have CS's and Shelby GT's, this offer is valid for them too!

Orders start shipping Tuesday!

Double checking to make sure I am on that list. I've been waiting since the day I bought my car for this sweet needed mod.

Ditto, I went salivating to look, and couldn't find the pics. There is a GT/CS line in the gallery but no link, just a promise of something to come.
