I went with the SR springs from AM. Same rate as Ks and less$$. I also used Kpni STR.T shocks and struts. I did need an adj panhard and have the BMR LCA brackets but have not installed them yet (60 foot times are horrible after the drop). I used Eiback camber bolts and GT500 strut mounts instead of a camber plate.

The ride is a bit more harsh than stock but my struts and shocks had almost 70,000 miles on them. It is worth the difference in looks alone.

An adjustable UCA will also aid in dialing in the driveshaft to rear pinion angle on these lowered cars.

If I use k springs with konis, will gt500 strut mounts and camber bolts get me sitting right?

Trying to take this one step at a time

Another question: are bump stops and jounce stops going to do the same thing?

You'll just have to cut the stock ones down. No big deal.

If I cut them down will that eliminate getting the bump steer kit?

No
Different things.

The jounce stops are foam stops that sit on top of the rear axle and when the car bottoms out it hits against the frame of the car. Lowering the car decreases the distance between the stop and the car and increases chance of bottoming out on the stop. But the stops are tall and you merely trim a little bit off the top of it. I dont remember the exact amount. Maybe 3/4" or so.

This.

The bumpsteer kit essentially replaces your tie rod ends.

I was there once too.

Taco Bill helped me out.

Once you start pulling the parts off the car it will all make sense. You'll say oh yeah that's what that thing is.

Dad is a carpenter. Definitely not a car guy.

He taught me carpentry. TMS taught me auto mechanics. Scary huh?

Well now I know why you had a truck long before you had a stang. LOL my dad taught me to drive when I was 12 in his 67 GTA w/ a 460 in it.

Another question... What lca relocation brackets are needed? Are they specific to mustang? Also do you know anything about spohn suspension parts?

Edit: or granatelli?

You can view our relocation brackets here: http://www.steeda.com/store/steeda-m...-brackets.html

Whatever you decide to go with, please be sure to weld them in.

Let me know if I can help you with anything.

Still waiting on this question, but another while I'm thinking of it... Will I not be able to get enough camber from camber bolts? Or will I have to get cc plates?

And I just came across this. Total camber adjustment for $40? Compared to cc plates this seems like an amazing deal. Any input here?
