i'm going 19" VOLKS

hi all...
i decided to go 19" volks since 20" are way too big for NYC streets...

http://ewheelz.com/aaa/enter.html?ta..._specials.html

here is a great place to get them...

all forged, custom, 20 lbs each...

19x8.5 and 19x9.5

around $3000 for wheel/tire package

not bad!

I'm personally not a fan of the idea of Volks on a Mustang, I think they're going to look a little funny. You say your current rims are too large, did you bend one or something?

Volks are amazing wheels, JDM styling on the mustang wouldnt necessarily look bad. Which design are you getting?

hi there..no didnt bend one. they are perfect with about 500 miles on them..

its just that i drive so darn slow in manhattan cause of bumps and stuff.

the 20s are so much rim..too little tire

19s would be a lot better....

thanks!

Thumbs up Good choice !!!

Volk RE30's
I was looking at the very same wheel for my ride. Can't beat it at 17.5lbs a piece, plus not a bad looking wheel either. Expensive but what can you expect - their Volks. 20" look nice but are not real world practical on todays roads. I am still sticking with my 18x9.5 combo regardless of what the popular trend is.

Are there any Bullitt style rims in the 19" sizes?

18" is definitely way too small but at the same time, 20" leaves you with rubber band tires...

The Jeeper in me is tempted to enlarge the wheel openings!
