It will stick out .903 inches more than stock wheels/rims.
Here is a great page you can plug in numbers and see what is changed and how much concerning wheels tire combos.

Wouldn't it be 1.29"?
20mm difference from the offset (.79") and then another 1/2" (.5") from using a 1" wider wheel?
Also, one thing I didn't notice was the size tire you had listed. Those are too small for your car. They are for the pre-05 cars. If you use those, not only would they look funny since they are shorter, but your speedometer, odometer, and tripometer would all be wrong. And if you have the IUP message center, all it's readings would be wrong also.
For an 18" wheel and staying close to the width you listed above you'll need 255/45/18 tires.

Perhaps the difference is on the inside.. I just use the chart I linked it gives you all the stuff after yu plug in the numbers... I esp like how it tells you you actuall rear axle ratio for diff size tires.
Further numbers from this tire wheel calculator.
Tire height stock 27.18, 18s 25.72
Wheel outboard increase 1.208
Wheel with tire outboard increase .908
Speedometer error 60 mph indicated = 57 actuall
effective rear axle ratio stock 3.55, 18s 3.75

Correct offset for this car is 44mm ... so if you put on a 25 mm offset wheel, same rim width, the wheel will hang out 19 mm more. If rim is 1" wider, add another 12mm to that.
Some like the look, but it does have an adverse effect on the front steering geometry ... but it won't make the car go out of control and crash.
