Hood Mounted Mechanical Fuel Pressure Gauge
... if the test fit doesnt look out of place Im installing it tomorrow. I'll be using an 2 1/16" Autometer Phantom mounted in a black cup with stainless steel braided lines. Blue LED backlighting will also be added to match my MyColor choice.
The help I need, if I do decide to do this, is.... I would like to know where a good tap would be located so I can power the lighting to turn on at the same time as my headlamps and interior lighting.
If all goes well I believe I will also be adding a Nitrous Pressure gauge as well.
So here goes trying something "new" and different with a new car.

Couple of quick questions:
What is the fuel pressure when the vehicle is running?
Is the 82035 Zex fuel rail adapter drilled & tapped for 1/8" NPT. I'm not installing nitrous but would like to use the 82035 fuel rail adapter to connect the sender for an Autometer electric fuel pressure gauge.

I would love to see one tubbed too but I dont think I want to ruin my interior just yet unless I plan to own an 8-9 second racer.
Im still behind what I was working on with my old '69.
