Help... i'm looking for these...

i've researched and have not found them... anywhere... not the moss muscle website, and AVS has no website that i can find... I'm looking for these tail light trim bezels. I have the american muscle ones but they are just too thin. I want these.... i'll paint them black, but I CAN"T FIND THEM. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks to adrenalin for letting me use this picture of your ridiculous ride for my purposes

They are AVS Tail Shades, but I think the reason you're having trouble finding them is that AVS doesn't appear to be making them anymore, according to what's on the website:
http://www.lundinternational.com/products/light-covers/

In any case, heres a couple of sites for ya, dunno if they're any good though:
http://www.autotrucktoys.com/ford_mu...9-PRD9175.aspx

http://www.ninosport.com/AVS-Taillig...10-p/35610.htm

as I haven't dealt with them. Good luck!

/love a search challenge.

I don't know if you've found them yet or not , but I got mine at Moss and they appear to still have them. They're hard to find because they have them listed as slotted taillight covers , use the link below ...

I think these are the best ones out. Makes the taillights look smaller, when mated with a blacked out trunk panel it also makes the back look a bit smaller. Ive had many compliments on mine. I used a satin black to match my SHR honey comb panel.

Those of you that have these taillight covers with a truck panel....any pics? I'm wondering how they look teamed up with the CDC trunk panel.

Painted mine to match the CDC panel (including texture).

Thanks John (and ETNOATS), that looks killer!

John, Do you mind my asking how you painted yours and what color? The way that flows is perfect....and the exact decklid panel I had been looking at.

All rattle cans:

1st lightly sanded
2nd laid down 2 coats of adhesion promoter
3rd shot the texture, repeat until you get the match you want
4th used a black Dupicolor/Krylon... don't remember the exact finish (flat/satin, etc)

Nice little one day project for a nice day.

Cool. Thanks John. Sounds like a good spring project.

Pardon if this is a silly question, but what do you mean by #3?

Texture paint. It's a paint that goes on chunky, I think it may have slight bits of a rubber or sand like material in it, that gives it a textured effect. I didn't want the smooth taillight bezels up against the textured plastic blackout panel.

Spray can, this is the exact stuff I used: http://www.azautobodysupply.com/sem39tecoae.html
