well i got one glued today, then iran out of glue ( go figure) but atleast i got one done, I put adhesive in the channel, then clamped the headlight and cover together. after about 10 minutes, i sandwhiched summore glue in the crack to fill it up. After a while longer i siliconed the entire unit here the 2 peices meet, to make sure everything is water tight. ill get the 2nd one done tomorrow. and then im gonna water test them just to make sure all is well ,then off to jason they go. - Roger

I guess I missed how you were able to get the lamp unsealed. I know there have been several attempts from other members.

Please Guide me to the thread where it explains how.
