Man, I would hate to sell this georgeous ride as well. Having said that, it's for a noble cause. Good luck in your assignment and thank you to our military.

Doesn't uncle sam ship your car over there for free? If so, you can sell your car over there for a premium. Then, get a hot european car over there to ship back here when you return.

THat would be nice but I have to use Uncle Sam to ship my Hummer. It's a better ride to have over there when people come to visit.

put it in storage, looks like you have put a lot into it, would be a shame to let it go. And thanks for your service.

yeah how long you going to be there for? if not for long put that baby in storage or see how much it would be to ship it over there. i know it will be a lot to ship it over there but. but you know you will miss her if you get rid of her.

I hate to hear that Jesse. I feel like we went through a lot together on our conversions. I hope you get what it's worth. I appreciate and commend you for your service. I pray for your speedy return.

Guys, thanks for your kind words!!!! I don't really want to sell her but it's a payment that I'll be making while gone.

Thankfully I believe in signs from above and I haven't really gotten any bites os I think my baby might hibernate for 2 years and then get kissed by a turbo to awake her from her slumber

Thanks for the support fellas

Jesse

OKLACOP, you keeping yours?

Fortunately I am. My wife was offered and accepted a half day teaching job so she gets to spend time with the kids, we get a little more income, and the stang stays put. I'm pretty happy about it, but I can't help but feel a little guilty that you may have to sell yours. Keep us updated.

I'll promise I will give it equal treatment along with my other cars.

Question Question for 2L8IWON ....

Which is the best rivet gun to use on the side marker lights for the front fascia? Looking to start on my conversion either next week or the following week - after I get them back from the body shop.

I would appreciate any input you can provide - also am using your write up on your install as my guide. Thanks again for your help.

I just went to Home Depot and bought one. Now when a guy with a V bought my bumper we used zip ties to hold his bracket in place cause i was out of rivots and it worked. You choice but I'd use any old rivot gun
