H10, H11, H13, what do they mean?
The bulb type .. or design or actual physical size to fit the housing. I believe H13 is the main headlight. H10 is the stock GT fog light. And H11 is the V6 fog light. Hope this helps. I really have no idea what you are looking for and now im rambling cause its 4:16 am.
For some reason on Sylvania's web site, they state that the gt fogs are h11 . http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...RG-Results.htm

There's also a wattage issue regarding H10's & H11's.
H11's tend to put out about 10w more than a typical H11.
For example the Sylvania Silverstar H10 (9145) is rated as a 42 watt bulb.
They don't have a Sylvania Silverstar H11 but a regular H11 from Sylvania which is rated at 55 watts.
Typically H11's run at a higher wattage meaning a little brighter given that all else being equal.
Why the diff between H10's & H11's probably due to the difference in surface area of the bulb housing. V6's being smaller surface are may require a higher wattage to produce a comparable beam pattern as a larger but lower wattage bulb from a GT fog-light.
Just my guess, I've got an 08 Vapor Metallic GT with HID's & I'm looking for some fog light bulbs to match more closer to my factory HID's without resorting to HID fogs. I decided to buy the Silverstar 9145's to give them a try and to see how they'll look. I'll let you guys know.

GT500 uses a PS24W bulb for the foglights. I believe Chevrolet uses this same bulb in either their Coloarado trucks or their Silverado trucks. I remember being on a Chevrolet truck site earlier in the year where some of the guys were complaining about the bulb choice Chevrolet decided to use for the foglights. At the moment, no third party company (including Sylvania) creates an aftermarket version of this bulb. When one blows, one will have to bite the bullet and order a replacement through their Ford parts department. Kevin had given me the part number, but I lost it...probably strewn about somewhere in my house.

The 4300k fogs are a tad too blue, but the 4000k fogs are almost just right... see my before/after photos here:
