Louie,

Looks beautiful..........thanks for causing me to second guess my hood choice Just kidding, I second guessed my choice for a brief moment, but I'm glad I did what I did. I very glad you did yours w/ the C6 hood. I was very anxious to see it since you were doing the same color combo as I did. Anyway just wanted to give you a big ole . Your car turned out great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so pretty much what you've done to your car is exactly what I intend to do to mine so I was wondering (and feel free to not answer) how much was everything total after all of the install paint parts and even your original out the door on you gt? just wanted to know total ball park what I was lookin at

thanks
chris

Chris,
the fact that i'm in Dubai kinda makes my ball-park figure useless for you
in any case, the Shelby CS6 stuff set me back around $2,500 USD
the GT500 parts were another $4,000 USD excluding the wheels/rims
installation and paint (including stripes) was $3,000 USD

not the cheapest, but it's the best i could do right here

Louie, I'm a little confused. $2,500 for the CS6 parts? If I am not mistaken you only have the hood, pins, and side scoops no? Or is that USD price with shipping to Dubai? Just curious. Love your car BTW. I have the CS6 hood in my garage, just trying to figure which way to go with the rest.

well.. some retard old lady was pulling out of her parking space and backed into the side of me as i had already pulled out of my parking space and was about to drive off. she caused $2k+ worth of damage to my rear quarter panel. the earliest appointment i could get at the bodyshop was dec4. then after all those repairs are done i can start doing my 'conversion'.

january aint that far away! but yeah, i would've had it all started by now if it wasn't for that...
