GT bumper problem

So I installed my GT rear bumper on yesterday and everything worked out fine. Wasn't hard at all. Only thing is that I noticed that the GT bumper is missing one of the clips on the bottom left (drivers) side. The right side was there so I clipped it reusing the original fastener. There is also the extra middle clip on the GT bumper but nowhere to fasten it unless I drill a whole. I know alot of people say there really isn't any need for the middle clip anyways. My question is will my bumper be okay without the left side clip. I think it will but im paranoid. I can always break off the clip from my V6 bumper and mold it on to the GT bumper and then fasten it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also I was able to install my GT side skirts without having to buy any new fasteners or clips and reused original parts and everything.

If I understand correctly, you're saying that you GT take-off rear bumper is totally missing the driver's side bottom bracket. If so, I don't think it will be easy to attach a new bracket. Also, the bracket from your V6 bumper may not be the same. I'd just make sure to attach the middle bracket, so you have the bumper at least secured with two brackets. Are you sure there is no hole for the middle bracket to clip into. I just added a GT bumper to my wife's 06 and the hole was there.

Sorry. It is the GT rear bumper. I edited it in the original post. Yes the drivers side bottom bracket is missing (those things are just so flimsy anyways), but the middle and right side is there and I clipped the right side bracket with original push pin. I didnt see any hole for middle bracket but I will check again. I could of sworn I've read on the forums from people that have done the GT rear bumper conversion said that the middle bracket cant be used.
