Got my Personalized Plates Finally!

Finally got my plates, got my first choice too. In Illinois you submit 3 choices and if they aren't available they mail you back and forth till you find one, would be alot easier if you could look up options online but Illinois is behind the times.
My 2nd and 3rd choices were "Sonic 05" and "Sonic V8"
Mustang owners/fans will know the sonic is the color, just hope everyone else doesn't think I'm a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan

Since then, 12 years ago, I wised up and found out if you call and sweet talk someone at the secretary of state's office they will look it up for you. Otherwise, ask a friend who is a cop to check it on their free time.

All the other choices I tried were taken, and I didnt want anything obvious like YLO-PNY, so I went with untamed....like wild pony..........I think it fits the car great. Should have them in a few weeks.

I've been trying to think of a good plate, but have already ruled out anything with "Sonic" in it. I don't want to be mistakenly identified as a Sonics Fan (even though they are in the playoffs now).
I was thinking blustrk might work though, as a possibility. I'll keep thinking about it.

My first choice was approved today: LIME GT.
In Florida, you go to your local tax collector / tag office, tell them what you want, they check to see if it's already in use while you're standing there, and then you wait. The expected delivery time of my plate is 45 business days! :scratch:
My only other back-up choices were: LLIME GT and 1LIME GT.
