Going wingless... plugs for trunk holes?

I have an 07 GT with the factory spoiler. I recently thought about taking the spoiler off to see what the car would look like wingless, but what do I do about those holes? This would probably be a temporary thing, as at some point in the future I'll probably do either a ducktail or a GT500 spoiler, so I don't want to have the trunk filled and repainted. Are there any companies that make a "plug" of sorts for the trunk, or has anyone here successfully made a custom plug for their own trunk?

I've seen a lot of people on older stangs use body push-pin fasteners painted plugging the holes, doesn't look too hatefull and you have to get close to see them.
