Going Back from CDC Aggressive?

Has anyone taken off the CDC aggressive chin spoiler and tried to reinstall a new plastic trim piece?

In all honesty, I forgot how much I took off with the dremel! Am I stuck with it?

Well, you basically cut out the lower grille portion out of the front bumper so I'm going to go with, you can't go back

You will need a new bumper cover.

Thanks!

I was looking at the Roush bumper, but I am still undecided! In the meantime, I posted my bumper for trade for a stocker VB one.

Hey, did you ever give any thought to a GT/CS front bumper? They do look really good!!!

And I'm glad you and Penguin had fun in Seaside Heights this past Sunday. Hope the weather holds off for LBI this Sunday.

It'd better!!! I'm looking forward to it

I recommended the CS front bumper for Penguin's car. That way he can get the billet center piece to match the upper! That's a better idea than swapping the current black lip for a painted CDC one, which is $400 anyways.

CS bumper all the way. it flow with car. I don't like the fake front spoiler. Roush and Saleen take away Mustang's identity.

You're entitled to your opinion. As far as I'm concerned, the only "identity" my car has is the one I will choose for it...at least for as long as I make the payments

I do like that bumper. A nice mix of concept Mustang and Shelby.

The prepainted availability of the Roush interests me, though. Their finish is top notch. I've heard of Saleen parts needing significant amount of prep work and finishing.

My CS bumpers didn't need much prep work, they fit perfect right out of the box. It was easy for my paint guy to do the prep and paint since they come bare plastic. They look really good too.

I really like the Roush to, but I was thinking if you fabbed up some GT500 fogs into the Parnelli Jones, you have the look without the factory Ford price. Who knows what i'll end up doing, it's just a thought.

The GT-CS bumpers look great but unless I ran across one cheap I probably wouldn't pay for a factory bumper, that's just me though

I also really like the Steeda bumper/hood combo

Are you serious? How am I the one being rude?

Firstly, I didn't ASK for opinions, i.e. "Might buy the Roush bumper, what do you guys think?" I simply engaged in a sidebar conversation with a fellow member in which we discussed bumper options. You then interjected with commentary on how one of my choices is fake with no identity. I thought my response was pretty tame, but whatever...cheers!
