GEF Legends Chin Spoiler ... Pics & Info Requested
GEF Legends Chin Spoiler ... Pics & Info Requested
I am looking at the GEF Legends Chin Spoiler but I can't seem to find any good pics. I did a search on the forum but most that I found either sent me to the GEF website or the pic would not display because the post was so old.
So I am looking for pics of the spoiler installed, I would like to see front and side shots if possible. Also if anyone has any info a person should know if they were wanting to get one of these spoilers, I would appreciate that also.
Thank You,
Bob

Thanks for posting those pics. I am having a bit of a conundrum about getting his spoiler. It either between the CDC Classic Chin Spoiler, and this one. This one is great since it doesn't need to be painted, and if it gets nicked up, no worries, since its molded in black plastic. The CDC, I'd have to get it painted blue to match my car, and get the stripes painted on it as well. I like this one, as it reminds me of the splitter thats on the Ford GT, and similar to the one on the new Shelby. If anymore members have this spoiler, and can post more pics, I'd appreciate it, and I think Bob would like it too.

I would like to see a few more cars and angles before I make a final decision.
Thanks,
Bob

I really like this spoiler, and I'm gonna get it one of these days. It "subtley" completes the front end, and appears to have more clearance than the CDCs or others I've seen out there. And since my car is already black, I'm set.
Thanks for the pics! I dig it!

Torrence, are those pics of your car? If so could you please answer the following questions:
1. Do you think the black paint on the spoiler would match a black mustang??
2. What's the install like? Is it like the CDC classic chin spoiler? Any permanent holes or damage required to install?
3. Is there any loss in ground clearance?
Also could you please post close up pics from different angles.

Leo,
That's my ride.
1. Black paint won't match. I was actually thinking of painting the spoiler a little glossy black, for a shine.
2. Install is ok, I had to make more holes underneith for more of a fit. It was loose with the predrilled holes for the unit.
3. There is a slight loss in ground clearance, but it's under neither the spoiler so, if you scrape you will never see it. AND it's BLACK.
In short it is a wonderful piece. Can't take any pics right now, car is in the shop.
