Cathy Jersey offers an EZ pass that mounts to your front plate now.Its about 6 inches wide and mounts to your existing plat screws.
John, thanks for the info. I'll have to investigate this and make my hubby happy! In all honesty, I did screw up one day when I didn't get the ez pass up in time, holy sh**! It cost us 25.00 dollars plus the .35 toll! I was in the dog house that week!!!!! Ever since then he's been hounding me to get the velcro!

I do the same thing... hate the way the EZ pass looks stuck in the windshield. Plus it has been known to happen in the city that people break into a car to steal an EZ pass. Holding it up is no big deal...
True for radar, but laser is usually aimed at a flat, reflective surface; on the front of the car, the best (in many cases only) place for this is the plate.
Hey Jack, I knew I couldn't be the only one who didn't want that stuff stuck to the windshield!

No front plate in FL requirement and front tinting to a certain degree is legal! Boy if it weren't for the July/August heat and vicious hurricanes (not that I would complain after New Orleans), it would be perfect to live here!

I had the dealer drill holes on the front bumper on mine, knowing that having a front plate is the law in CA. At least the Galpin Ford frame doesn't look cheap.

I think I might screw in L brackets on the lower side of the body kit, and just screw in my plates there.

In Colorado they require a front and back plate. I just considered it an extra plate when they gave me two. Someone called into the radio one time and asked a cop about it. He said the front plate allows them to find stolen cars easier and that they wouldn't usually pull you over for it. I haven't had a plate on the front for over two years, no tickets.

The area I live in has redlight cameras.
When they put them up, the police started citing all cars without front plates. Seems the camera has to get a clear picture of your front plate in order for "Big Brother" to send you a ticket.
