I wasn't lucky - you described exactly how my holes were before I filed them.

My dealer did them same thing to me before I could stop them. I bought a new bumper (GT/CS) and to me, it looks a million times better without the front plate.

I just hope I don't get failed when I take the car in to get inspected next month.

I was so excited when I saw that link but I think it will not work, seems 3/8" hole plugs are required and the website says no larger than 1/4" holes work best.

I got a set of brass plugs from Home Depot for a nickel a piece and just painted them with tough up pain (same as Leo. It's not perfect but like he said, you have to look real hard to see they're there. It almost looks like it came from the factory that way..
