I don't like that hood scoop at all. It looks even tackier than the one on my '02 GT. The lack of tacked on scoops is part of what attracted me to the '05.

I Knew it! I predicted someone making a set of these headlight covers for the 05 almost a year ago, when we were all doing our best Photoshops! I added these to Another Photoshop, by one of our residents. It just seemed to easy and logical. They wouold work better in a Lighter Color though. Screaming Yellow, Tangerine Orange, Performance White, Evn Torch Red.

I like the idea, but for me personally, it just looks too busy on this car. I guess it's due to the color combo. Is it me or does that hood scoop look a bit large. Something is just not jiving with that car. Sorry if jiving offends someone. The word "Ghetto" offended someone elsewhere and I don't mean to offend.

Black out rear panel looks good . Do you all think it is gloss black with clearcoat, or what?

I honestly think that the main problem here is the rims. Those concepts are throwing the entire thing off. I won't disagree that the color combo isn't the greatest, but, with the right rim package, this could look like a totally different car. A better one.

How long until Shinoda sues the dealership for using the Boss 302 name? Unless that is a Shinoda authorized package...

I think the car is a bit overdone, first off the stripes don't fit the sonic blue.

-The pinstripes remind me of overdone striping packages from the mid 70's
-The headlight covers look like a tacked on afterthought.
-The hoodscoop looks out of place.

If I were to build a Boss302 clone out of an '05, I would do the following
-Use the shaker scoop/hood that CDC will be offering
-Use a color that would set off the stripes better, yet still evokes a BOSS color, like yellow, white even windveil
-Use the 1969 style Boss Stripes
-Use magnum 500 style wheels
-no fugly headlight covers.

Now a car like the one I listed would be sweet

another mistake the guy did was that those stripes are straight from the '69 and the "fender" lights are influenced by the '70 boss

whatever floats their boat
Actually, the stripes are the '70 style. '69 Bosses had the reverse C-stripe on the side.

But either way, this car just does not appeal to me. Different strokes...
