I say paint em on, or don't bother...the stickers get scratched over time and look like hell in my opinion.

Definitely don't get the Ford stripes. They're too narrow and they look funny since they stop at the hood and trunk.

I got the rocker stripes from BSM as well.
around $40 shipped.

I like painted stripes, but the difference between $200 and $2,000 is just too big a gap for me.

I also agree that 8" or below are too thin. 10"-12" wide look best, IMO.

how hard are these stripes to install? I've never done any body or paint work and I would hate to screw it up. But It also seems like something I don't need to pay somebody else to do... by the way they look great!

I have a BSM kit I got off ebay. I don't trust myself to put them on, and I have a friend that does this sort of thing on a regular basis, so letting him put them on and he is not charging much at all to do it. He is doing it tomorrow, will try and post pics this weekend.

Well, for the most part they are not hard. The Roof and hood are easy and don't take much time at all. The rear deck is time consuming and takes a lot of patience, but BSM cuts it into three pieces which makes it much easier to install.
Now the front bumber (on the GT at least) with a 12" stripe is a Royal PITA. I screwed my first set up in that area and am waiting to hear from Rob at BSM on how to get replacements. I think a blowdryer would have helped tremendously, so I have to buy one now.
BTW I have never done anything like this before either and I think they turned out pretty good.

I have heard costs of $300 labor to do these installs.

I've yet to do my bumpers, cause I've heard it's the toughest. I have a heat gun so hopefully that'll help..
