SWEET!!!! You didn't happen to take a picture of that by any chance? BTW, what size tire did you end up going with? And what make also, if you don't mind me asking? I need some advise for that. I don't have my car lowered (and don't plan to), and I want the same distance from fender to top of tire as I do with my factory 18"s. Thanks again for the help.

No, it was getting dark and would not have made for a good pic. Maybe I can do that tomorrow. I ended up going with 255/45/18 by recommendation from John at CT-R.

I went with Toyo Proxes ST
http://www.edgeracing.com/tire/2369/

guy at work recommended this place to me, they seem to have good prices.

Black will look good.

Anyone know where you can get the Gt-40 center caps?

Talk to Kc in the OEM forum. He has them; as I have enquired as to how much they would cost. Don't think they are on his hotsheets, so you'll have to email or call him.

Hey 65, thanks for the info on the tire size. That was what I was thinking as well for the size. Can't wait to see them on your car. Please post LOTS of pics.

Sorry so late to the party...

Ford GT wheels with BFG KDW2 255/45 18's all around, FRPP Handling Pak, still waiting on the pins for my Brembos which were not shipped with the calipers. This is the best pic I have of the wife's car with the "base" GT wheels and FRPP springs/shocks/struts.

Those replicas aren't bad, especially for the $$$. Why do replicas always look just a little bit different. FR500's, GT's, Bullit's???

Maybe to keep from being sued by the mfg??

Went up to birmingham for a party for my sister inlaw and when we were about half way home, my wife tells me she forgot to pack the camera back up.

So unless I can come up with a dig camera, pics of the rims on the car will have to be done with my crappy phone cam for the time being.

Well here are some pics I took this morning after getting the tires mounted and balanced. If it's not raining when I get off work will put them on the car.

Sorry pics so crappy, but best I can get with the camera phone.

255/45/18 Toyo

Was dark after I got the wheels on, so no pics yet. Hoping a lady at work does not forget her camera so I do not have to post phone cam pics again. But it looks great!!!!!! Very happy to say the least. Also I think if I would have gone any wider than 255, tires would stick out to far.

Edit ***here a a couple of pictures****

Great, look forward to them. A question for you. Is your car's suspension stock, or have you lowered it? If its stock, how is the gap from the fender to the top of the wheel? Is it the same as when you had your stock wheels on? Just wanted to ask, as I don't want to have too much gap between the fender & wheel when I get these.
