Fog and headlights

One of my foglights just burned out on my 2005 GT. I've seen adds for lumina bulbs that are more expensive (don't know why) and sylvania bulbs that are cheaper. I remember some old threads warning that some bulbs were too hot but I don't remember which so I'm not sure which to use. What are you guys using and how hard was it to replace them? I'm also wondering if I should replace my headlights at the same time.

I'm using the Sylvania Ultra bulbs and they are awesome, nice and bright. Took all of 5 minutes to repalce all four bulbs (fogs and headlights).

+1 I've been running Silver Stars in mine for almost 2 years, they're great. The fogs were a bit of a pain to get to but the job wasn't bad.
