fiberglass hood paint

I just recently got my cali dream hood painted black. It was in good condition upon delivery and fit pretty well. The shop primed it with flex agent and long blocked it after. However, it still seems to have waves when its in sunlight. Is that just something you have to live with on fiberglass hoods or cali dream hoods for that matter? Or am i missing something in how they prepped or what? Any input from those with fiberglass hoods and especially dream hoods would be great. Anyone else have problems and how did everyones paint look.

My CA dream hood is not perfect, but you have to drive and live with the car for awhile to notice the imperfections. The average person would never notice anything wrong. I would imagine that some wave is normal. It's up to you how much you can live with, and black is going to show more than other colors.
