ok i have vapor silver , so what color stripes do you ppl think would look cool on it. and style of stripes

 

Hey Mark, to be a little different, I would do Satin Silver. Would be a great contrast of dark silver to lighter silver on the car. White would also be good as well, but Satin Silver would be my 1st choice.

 

Might want to look at the Vapor color section to see what others have gone with.

 

A shade darker, maybe like tungsten grey??

 

I had a Satin Silver 05 with Tungsten stripes. I liked the combination.
My 06 is Tungsten and has Satin Silver stripes. I haven't seen Vapor silver in person yet. Its beautiful in pics.

 

Two wide stripes from lower front apron to lower rear apron, width per the original Shelby Mustang specs (note, these are tapered slightly, not constant width front to back).

Any of the above paint schemes sound good. Depends if you want to make a bold or subtle statement.

 

I'm kind of leaning toward a darker shade of blue for my satin silver mustang. I just wanted to be different without being too tacky. I already had painted my calipers blue and they turned out pretty good. So I figure blue stripes will help tie it all together.
When I checked out the "stripes thread" there were so many satin silver stangs with black stripes. Don't get me wrong, I think black, or charcoal, or any variation would look great. Check out the pics on the stripes thread to get some ideas.
