Wonder if it would be possible to relocate the xm antenna to the fm/am antenna location on the front fender. I know you still would have to fill the hole in the trunk but it would just look like a short antenna on the fender(since everyone is used to seeing something there). Instead of a dead mouse on the trunk...just a thought!

I did the same but just used a 10-24 bolt and an acorn nut. Cut the head off the bolt, put a nut on then threaded it all the way across and off to clean up the threads, expoxied the acorn nut on, let it cure then rounded the flat sides off and gave it a few coats of rustoleum rattle can bed liner.
