Doesn anybody know about this caliper company??

http://www.calipercover.net/

I found them when I yahooed caliper covers. They sell caliper covers that make your brakes look like brembos. Very cool idea, a lot nicer then painting my calipers. I wanted to know if anybody has heard of them or has used them on there own cars?

Thanks in advance

whose going to know? I couldnt tell. I would take them just plain red, I just want painted calipers, it would be nice to just get a cover instead of painting them.

Hey there,

Just imagine what it would be like if one fell off at highway speeds. They are only held on with "high quality silicone" according to the web site.

Someone here at work just told me about another company - doing something similar (not using a brand name on the caliper though).

http://www.tuner01.com/index.htm

STILL wouldnt do it myself - but hey - who am I to judge

I don't know who they are but they sure cant write a lick... These are probably from overseas.

Page has a point about them falling of at highway speeds I don't even want to think about it.

Thanks but no thanks. If it has no function other then to make poeple "think" you have a big brake kit its nothing more then ricing the car up. Just paint stock. Avoid a problem down the raod with those bad boys falling off. JMO

If you want colored calipers then buy the G2 Caliper Paint kit in the color of your choice and paint them.
