Ordered stripes from Baltimore Street Mods and installed them myself. Wasn't too hard. Took me about a day and a half taking my time. Got the Idea to do them myself after seeing SixtySix's (Tony). Here are some pics.

Glad to see that you where able to do them. I have my set in the basement waiting to be installed. I want to install them, just have not had the time. Got #2 child due in about 3 weeks, and the wife gets a little upset when I work on the mustang ( :nono: ).

Once the baby is born, I can get my b@lls back from her.

I think silver looks awesome on the Sonic Blue. Look at Daryl's (dmon2000) he did them himself with the kit form Baltimore Street Mods also.

Good job on the striping.

As for what I would recommend on sonic blue? I personaly like white on it better, it really is a tough choice because those silver stripes look real good too.

Silver certainly looks good on Winveil Blue and Sonic, but I am partial to white...

Kirby, your car looks great.

Paul, silver or white, you choose. Both look great on sonic blue.

Kirby... those look pretty nice!! (But the pics are kinda small... bigger ones would be good).

Also, the more I see Sonic Blue's striped and the more I think about, the less I want to do it to mine. Can't really explain why I'm feeling that way, except I'm getting very attached to the subtle, stealthy look I have now. I guess I subscribe to the "Less is More" theory more than others might.

But, that is the beauty of this hobby of ours... we only have to please ourselves!!!

I paid $460, but the place probably would have charged me more if they knew how hard the car was going to be.

Patience is your best tool...

I did it myself. The trunk and front bumper are the hard parts. Start reading this post

I agree with you on that one Don.... the only other way I'd go with yours is a matte black or semi-glass black hood or stripes like on the Mach 1 in '69 or '70... I think white, or contrasting strips would ruin the look you already have.
... pretty slick, slick.
