Well I can't be 100% sure but I would bet that Cervini's makes those scoops (179.00 and 149.00 Cervini's prices). I'm not sure if that's Cervini's ducktail; they look close as well.

Those one look like cervini's side scoops. They are going for $150 and they are my #1 choice for scoops, looks like I'll be putting down the $$ for Cervini Scoops
