How much are you looking to drop the car? I cut one coil off of each of the rear springs and it dropped the rear about 3/4". The front dropped about an eight to a quarter just by dropping the back. And now the car is leveled out. Here is a pic...
Thanks, Acadian. I think yours is the look I'm going for. Can't say for sure w/o seeing more angles and on a smooth surface. Are all the pics in your gallery AFTER you dropped it?

Just for the record, cutting coils is not the "right way" to lower your car.

If you need an explanation, type "cutting spring coils" into Google.

Personally I like how the Eibach's turned out on my car.

Your car with those springs is like corn bread -

"Ain't nothin wrong with that!!"

Personally, that stance/height is PERFECT to me.

Yes, all the pics in my gallery are after I dropped the rear 3/4". And for anyone who thinks cutting the stock springs aren't the "right" way to lower your car... there have been plenty of discussions on that topic on this forum. Funny thing is, all the people who are against it have never actually done it. The people who are for it are the ones who have done it. A member of TMS has cut springs on many Mustangs and never had a problem with any of them. Especially with the strength of the metals used today for springs, the chances of them breaking are basically none. But for those of you who are believers, cutting exactly one coil off the tops of the rear springs will drop the rear 3/4" and level the car out.

The only posts I can find are on the Eibach Pro-Kit and Steeda springs. IMO, those were PERFECT for the 99-04's but for my taste, they are just a little too much for the '05. To me they look the same way the Eibach Sportline or the H&R Super Sports(?) did on the 99-04's.
Are there any out there that will lower the car less than the Pro-Kit? Like the Mach I & Bullitt springs did for the 99-04's.
Did you take a second look at the H&R OE Sport springs vs the Super Sports? Only suppose to drop 1/2"-3/4".

Aren't H&R springs twice the price though? I priced their kit out for the '05 a month ago and it was $370.

Thanks. I'll have to check those out. Sounds like just what I'm looking for. Know anyone who already has them installed?

The H&R site claims 1.5 front and 1.4 rear on the Sport Springs, if I'm reading it right. If that's true, too low.
If those aren't the same thing, I can't find the OE Sport Springs for the '05.

Just called H&R. They don't offer the OE Sport Springs for the '05.

If nothing comes out soon, it's looking like cutting is my only option.
