I am hoping that at some point someone out there will begin reworking stock '05 hoods to look like the concept hood with a bolt on ram air intake. Then again, I could just be dreaming. Might as well dream big if you are going to do it at all!

This isn't close enough to the concept hood for you?

I like the RKsport hood, but I think it sits too high. I'd like a hood with the vents but also sits a little more flush. More clean looking IMO.

I agree, the hood is just too high, a simple clean look like the concept would be great

It is the closest one out there currently, but it is made of fiberglass and will most likely require hood pins to keep down at high speeds, as evidenced by a few TMS members that have it already. It also sits too high for my tastes and that is why I was looking for someone that may be reworking stock hoods. I may have to look for a hood of a wreck next spring and work out the details with a local shop wizard.
