What do you guys think about adding chrome trim around the windshield, windows, etc like the 65 in DirtyDave's thread? What about those old school quarter windows also?

Well, I'm all for it. I think it makes the car!

But hmmmmmm!......... Lets go 1 step further; wonder what the 05 would look like with chrome bumpers also, instead of all that plastic? Would'nt it be nice if you could buy a special edition 05 done up with chrome, like the 65. Now would'nt that be 1 sweet ride?

I may have to be corrected. The old mind's not what it use to be. If I'm not mistaken, I think some of the old Fords [meteor, with the continental kits] had chrome bands [headliner] on the interior also.

I prefer the quarter window. Ala '66 Shelby.
But I do think the '05 needs something on the side to break things up.
I'm going to look into a brushed SS or brushed aluminum door handle.
There are a lot of them out there for trucks so maybe I'll get lucky eventually.
