This is one of those mods that after you finally pull the trigger and install, you wonder to yourself, then ask, "why did I wait so long to put these on?". These really set off the back of the car, with the fake center gas cap being chrome. I look at my car, and I can't believe I was on the fence for so long with this mod. I love the look with these on.

I thought about chrome but then I decided to go with the Black, here the are on my 05 along with the tail panel cover......

 

If I was doing a '69-'70 Mach 1 or Boss clone I'd do all black... a '71-up Mach/Boss black and chrome, and chrome with the rest body-color if I was doing a '68-under of any kind except a Shelby.

 

I've got Windveil Blue, and this mod really brought out the back. Looked like something was missing. I also have a chrome tip exhaust, and added third brake light chrome trim.

Norm, where did you get those black taillight covers? I've tried Moss's website but can't find them. They look GREAT!

Well I voted for 'ya Tom but I see the poll results are at about the 40/60 mark in favour of the bezels. I'm biased 'cause I have them too. And after about a year and a half on the car....wouldn't have it any other way. Nice choice, Ford should do this. And for the 60% who've voted "no", boooooooooooring !

 

Thanks! It's actually closer to 47/53 (as of this second)... but like I said in the beginning... it'll approach 50/50 because there is no wrong or right. Chrome looks good, black looks good... why some like one more than the other, who knows? Both match, both are tasteful, both go with my theme.
