Escalade or Wal*Mart spinners are not allowed on stangs. installation of such will instigate the revokation of owner's mustang license.
putting those spinners on ur car is like sayin "look @ me, im so rich that i can make my wheels spin when they stop. even though its a waste of time $ and effort." or for Wal*Mart spinners "look at me, im so stupid that im tryin to make my cheaphiney riced out honda look like a rich pimp cruiser by putting more crappy plastic on it"

Spinners is a bad-habit word thats used too much. They are actually called knock-off replicas(or simulated knock-offs). The wheels on 'slades are spinners. The catalog gets lazy and just goes along with the misnomer calling them spinners. :bang:
Its the same as the word 'toilet' Actually, the 'toilet' is really a water-closet if it has a tank on top, a comode if plumbed directly into the wall. "toilet' is slang for the room itself. But marketing(and American's infatuation with butchering the English language) made for its commonplace (but incorrect) use.

But I do. I like the spinners that keep spinning after the car has stopped. I think thery're close to the koolest thing since cell phones. Then again I am only 22 and a female so I can always use that as an excuse. Also, my Uncle pretty much feels the same way you do, & I just love doing the opposite that he does.
Anywhoo. Just my 2cents. Cheers mates

I think we all know it will only be a matter of time until these cars are all dressed up in their ghetto-fabulousness. My only hope is that since this design is so obviously throwback/retro that such designs will flounder on a canvas such as the 'Stang. Even these new SEMA, Roush, Saleen, etc., mustangs that are coming out look lame. Putting all these scoops, chin spoilers, huge wings and decals make the whole design look cheap. This car is beautiful. It needs no modifications to design to look amazing, unlike most of the "pimped" cars you see today.
It is a sad fact that people will do this, but we must accept it.

Thanks for the tidbit. I love stupid trivia knowledge.

I hardley think 22s are in the same class as the spinners on Escalades. In addition, *I* was going to wait and see what they looked like on a Stang going to SEMA. :P
*I* dont like the spinners that move, *I* think they are going to make someone dizzy if they are looked at too long. *I* dont have the same problem with 22" rims, especially if they ARENT chrome.
Apparently, *you* have issues with 22" rims, and spinners. Ok... Then I guess I know what wont be on *your* Stang. Kudos, for you!
