Chin spoiler options for 07 GT
I have a 07 GT with the standard front fascia. I would like to install a tasteful but also very easy to install chin spoiler. Any recommendations?

From what I've seen your out of the box options are SHR legend, CDC Classic (prefinished) and the Astra Hammond. IMO, all of these look pretty good. I like the legend the best but can't bring myself to pay the price for something that is just going to get beat up.

I have the CDC classic on my car, it's a nice touch and fits well w/ the styling of the vehicle IMO.

Also considered the Steeda splitter, and 3dCarbon front chin spoiler.

Ah, maybe a splitter is what I am looking for. My Cobalt SS/TC has an integrated splitter built into the front fascia. I noticed the GT500 and Challenger have a splitter as well. The CDC looks very sharp, but it also reduces the ground clearance. It's tight as-is. What else can I look at or do?

Obviously, your choice will depend on your personal taste and what else you have done to your car in terms of body mods (i.e. what type of rear spoiler you have, hood scoop, side scoop etc.). For a lot of guys running the stock bumper and grille.....the CDC classic seems to be very popular. A lot of the spoilers either come black textured or can be painted to match your car.
I personally am going to be changing my stock front grille to a Stack Racing 9 bar grille that is very similar to the Roush grille. To complement this, I think the Cervinis GT500 style spoiler would be the best IMO. It is similar to the OEM GT500 spoiler but better in the sense that it does not have that indentation/gap in the front. The Legends splitter is quite nice too, but it does not have the extension going up the inner wheel well. CJ Pony parts carries the Cervinis product and have sales quite often....not as expensive as Legends.
I think Graypny on here has a great set up here......he has got some pics of his car on here somewhere with the Cervinis spoiler.

I saw a photo of the 2011 V6 in a magazine and it showed an OEM installed splitter. This is very tastefully done. I guess it is like the SHR Legend. Does anyone know if anyone else is still making them? I thought I saw someone modify a GT500 splitter for their 05-09 GT?

We might have more made, just depends on the demand. Right now, the answer is no. But if suddenly a lot of people want them, then we can revisit it - we're not scrapping the tooling to do them when the last two are gone. Our inventory was actually off by one, there were 3, but one sold at Mustang week, so now there really are just two still here.
