anyone with experience removing those aftermarket chrome mirror covers?? i have a set i would like to take off.

 

There just taped on there... so gently start pulling or take some fishing line and get inbetween the mirror and chrome piece.

 

My car had the "Chrome Treatment" from the dealer that spend over a year trying to sell it.

On the mirrors you can gently tug on the covers until they come off. They'll leave strips of tape on the mirror covers which you'll have to use a solvent like Goo-Gone to remove.

I also had to remove a chrome fuel door cover and chrome door handle covers. THe door handle covers were the biggest pain in the butt.
