Saw this mustang at the 2006 LA Auto Show. It was a Nitto Show vehicle with what looked like steeda and street scene parts. What kind of louvers are these? I like them the best out of everything I have seen. Thanks ahead of time

 

They look like modified StreetScenes covers.

I think they are 3Dcarbon louvers with what seems to be a sticker with a "carbon fiber type look" in the recessed areas. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumb.gif[/img]

 

Looks to be a "one off" since they seem to replace the window instead of stick to it.

 

look like modified 3dCarbon Window Louvers,with mesh put into the holes (cut the holes too beause they dont come with actualy louvered openings from 3dc, but they come with vinyl inserts (i think)

 

They look like the MRT ones to me with mesh in them. I thought the MRT ones were the only ones with the straight edge on the vents like those have?

If not then I may need to look at the 3dcarbon ones as well again.

definently not the MRT ones. They had real metal inserts in them. I will upload the other pictures I have.

im really starting to think that they are 3d carbons, with little stickers over the openings that simulate meshed louvered openings, if ya look close they look kinda like a sticker, and the louver looks almost identical to the 3dc one.

I remember seeing that car at the show. It had a short billet antenna too (I never did find out who made that). The car had a 3D Carbon kit complete with the window louvers w/ fake metal inserts [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsdown.gif[/img] . Had a badazz supercharger on it though.

edit: Did you get any pictures of the louver on the passenger side? I don't remember seeing that "metal" stuff on the other side.
