are you refering to the KB SCs? do those go into the wheel wells like on the older stangs? would you still be happy with the option of directing it over both locations, assuming the body shop would make the cuts to make functional, this way you can go to stock, to passenger side, or both or none all with the same hood

I contacted the Alliance regarding the update of the hood (see attached). Mike told me that the hood will be available in may or june and the hood will be functional. The hood also has vents on the back for heat extractor. He also told me that they have a promotion for this month "Free shipping"

i called trufiber as well and they told me they will eat shipping only if a group buy of 5 is done.
so, i started a thread. i spoke to a guy named phil.
who did you speak to? because if 2 different people are offering different deals, thats not good!

The first person I spoke to is Mike.
I call the company again today and I spoke to Phil and he clarified it to me this way. Freeshipping promotion for the previous model only and not the GT-S.
But if you want Freeshipping on the GT-S must be in a group buy.......Hope that clear up...

I would like to see some more variations on this style of hood. This is the only one I have seen. I called around and finally talked to the guy's brother who made this hood and from what I remember it was more or less a one of a kind. He didn't seem interested in mass producing them. Too bad.

The pics make the hood look higher. I guess you need to see one in person. The back of the hood sits flush (on top) of plastic piece at windshield wipers. The hood is bolted on like the stock hood, hood struts should not be a problem. I am going to order the hood struts that bolt on(CDC). The hood is functional ram air, drops down on top of CAI filter. It came ready for paint. The wheels are Boyd Cottington Smoothie II's.
